The ideal candidate should possess a valid Merchant Mariner Credential with a Master or Mate of Towing endorsement and have experience in supervising crew activities and maintaining vessel safety
Job Summary
The role requires supervising and coordinating crew activities for the efficient operation of the vessel while ensuring adequate rest periods.
Candidates must maintain the ship in a clean and efficient condition, perform assigned bridge watch tasks, and ensure all paperwork requirements are met.
This is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug and alcohol testing where the employee may assume command of the vessel if the Master is incapacitated.
