• You will provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Loganville, Grayson, Dacula, Suwanee, Norcross/Ridgewood, Berkeley Lake, and Duluth, GA.

$105,000- $145,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives)

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Board Certified NP or PA
• Valid GA NP or PA certification
• 1-2 years primary care experience
• Geriatric patient experience
• Hospice experience preferred
