Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
Electrical systems troubleshooting up to 480V
Plumbing system repairs and maintenance
Use of computerized maintenance management systems
Compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
Emergency repair response and prioritization
Nice-to-have
Experience with MAXIMO or Tririga CMMS
Knowledge of fire and security systems
Forklift operation certification
Facilities or property management experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years facilities maintenance experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification
Basic electrical and plumbing licenses as required
