The position requires coordinating social service activities with other departments and community agencies to ensure the highest practicable level of well-being for each resident.
Employees must maintain strict confidentiality of all resident care information and report any suspected incidents of fraud or unauthorized disclosure.

Key Requirements

Completion of mandatory in-service trainings including HIPAA and abuse prevention
