Job Summary
The Multi-Site Facilities Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the designated Assets, providing effective leadership and guidance for all services.
Key responsibilities include managing reactive and planned preventative maintenance, implementing energy management, and leading the on-site Facilities Team to achieve KPIs.
The role requires ensuring the effective delivery of FM services to the complete satisfaction of stakeholders, within agreed annual budgets, and participating in contract tendering and business development.

Maintain Asset Management Plan documentation
Implement Health and Safety policy and Procedures
Manage planned preventative maintenance systems

Key Requirements
Understanding of UK Health & Safety laws
Qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering or plumbing or equivalent experience
Building maintenance experience in High-Rise Residential environment
Supervising contractors/suppliers experience
Experience developing and maintaining risk assessments
