The Customer Service Collaborator is a central point of contact for our clientele, efficiently receiving and processing orders and inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, webshop, and fax.
In addition to administrative tasks and data maintenance in CRM and ERP systems, the role actively contributes to the continuous optimization of service processes.
This role requires excellent German and good to very good French language skills, with English and Italian being advantageous.
