The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of demand planning experience, strong technical skills in Excel and SAP, and excellent communication abilities. **

Job Summary

  • As a Demand Planner, you are the link between Sales, Finance, and Production to ensure global clients get what they need, when they need it, while minimizing waste.
  • You will maintain a 24 months rolling demand plan for specialized chemical portfolios and support monthly Sales & Operations Planning meetings to align sales insights with financial goals.
  • You will work with supply teams to keep global warehouses stocked, carefully managing chemical shelf-life and market volatility.
