Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • At least 10 years of progressive construction leadership experience
  • Proven Owner’s Representative or developer-side experience
  • Experience with high-end, independent, or luxury-branded hospitality preferred
  • Ground-up and complex renovation experience required
  • OSHA certification preferred
