Job Summary
The individual will be involved in delivering, operating and supporting the CRM projects and services.
The IT Solution Architect is responsible for working closely with commercial teams and CRM development teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
The position requires strong CRM design, implementation, and support experience in large multi-national instances of Salesforce.com.

Key Requirements
6-8 years' experience leading Salesforce design
Bachelor's Degree level or above in IT
Excellent English communication skills

Experience leading agile delivery processes
Global lead responsible in governing complex cross-functional/cross-platform solutions
Experience reviewing other architect's design plans
Life sciences and/or medical device company preferred
