  • The Capture Planning Lead supports the effective planning and performance tracking of Win Work activities across UK & Ireland Transportation and other relevant divisions.
  • This role plays a key part in enabling data‑driven decision‑making during early‑stage capture and pursuit activities by producing high‑quality reporting, maintaining accurate CRM data, and supporting system and process improvements.
  • The Capture Planning Lead supports the development of the win strategy, ensuring it is evidence-based, aligned to Transportation UK priorities, differentiated and defensible.
