Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-3 years hotel or commercial property experience
Valid Macau Construction Industry Safety Card
Technical knowledge of central plant and E&M systems
Ability to work flexible shifts including overnight
Strong problem-solving and hands-on skills
Nice-to-have
Good leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Professional grooming and personal presentation
Key Requirements
High school diploma in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical, or equivalent
2-3 years experience in similar capacity
Valid Macau Construction Industry Safety Card
Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin and English communication
