Key Requirements
5+ years' experience in multi-trade environment
Associate Degree or Technical School equivalent
5+ years CMMS (Maximo) experience
Prior maintenance planning and coordination experience
Pharmaceutical/biotech facilities experience
Experience tracking SLA performance
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project
