Flora Food Group is seeking a Global Engineering Manager for the Southern Europe and AMEA regions to oversee capital project delivery. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in FMCG manufacturing and project management, with a focus on budget control and improving manufacturing performance

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for driving end-to-end Capex projects, ensuring delivery on time, in full, and within budget, while improving manufacturing performance and supporting long-term growth.
  • Lead end-to-end Capex project delivery across Turkey, Indonesia, and AMEA region, managing a project portfolio with annual investments of approximately €5–10 million.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, Innovation, and Finance to support sustainability and decarbonization initiatives.
