Key Requirements
BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
7+ years' experience in human resources
Manufacturing HR experience preferred
Skilled in employee relations, benefits, time and attendance systems, wellness events, and recruiting
Proficient in computer use within a Windows environment
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
