Job Summary

• Deliver and serve guests their food and beverage in an efficient and courteous manner, interacting with guests to assure satisfaction and provide personal service with attention to detail.
• Answer phones, greet guests, accurately record orders in Point of Sale, and maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments, responding appropriately to guest requests and communicating them to the Kitchen immediately, while maintaining cleanliness of work areas.

• Previous Server or Room Service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations
• Ability to retain and recite menu details

• Skillfully carry three entrée plates
• Lift and transport 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
• Flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Sufficient mobility for reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
