Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with all nursing service procedures and regulations.
This role involves direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, equipment management, and participation in care planning and quality assurance programs.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license
CPR certification
Nursing degree from accredited college or university

Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
