Salary
Base: $101,200.00 - $126,500.00 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual incentive plan or commission; Benefits: Medical plans and other programs available per MyVFbenefits.com
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years asset analytics experience
CMMS system expertise (Maximo, SAP)
Team leadership of two or more
Root cause analysis and RCM
Automated facility operations knowledge
Nice-to-have
Power BI or Tableau dashboard skills
Six Sigma or TPM certifications
Predictive maintenance technology exposure
Retail e-commerce distribution background
Executive presentation capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
8+ years experience in asset analytics or reliability
Previous management experience preferred
Reliability certifications (CMRP, CRL, Six Sigma) preferred
