The Solutions Success Hub team designs, builds, and maintains demo environments across the Workday product portfolio to partner with Sales and Solution Consulting.
You will help shape how prospects and customers experience Workday by turning use cases into demo scenarios and ensuring underlying configuration and data are ready.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-3 years in solutions based position
Hands-on experience with Core Workday HCM
Experience with Talent, Learning, or Compensation modules
Ability to travel periodically for team meetings
Nice-to-have
Strong written documentation skills
Self-starter mindset with limited oversight
Curious minds and courageous collaborators
Experience using AI and automation tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
2-3 years experience in a solutions based position
Hands-on experience in Core HCM plus one additional area
