Job Summary
You will be managing the Pension plans within the Reward and Wellbeing team reporting to the Head of Reward & Wellbeing.
In this role, you will take responsibility for managing Wellcome's defined contribution (DC) scheme and closed defined benefit (DB) scheme.
The team is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing employee reward, benefits and wellbeing programmes, policies and processes which are market competitive and can help attract and retain talent.
