Job Summary

  • You will be managing the Pension plans within the Reward and Wellbeing team reporting to the Head of Reward & Wellbeing.
  • In this role, you will take responsibility for managing Wellcome's defined contribution (DC) scheme and closed defined benefit (DB) scheme.
  • The team is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing employee reward, benefits and wellbeing programmes, policies and processes which are market competitive and can help attract and retain talent.
