Salary

Base: $84,000.00 - $126,000.00; Bonus/Equity: annual or quarterly performance bonuses; Benefits: Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage. Financial benefits include 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, food science, engineering, business management, or related area and 5 years' experience in progressive leadership roles in a manufacturing environment.
• 10 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing or dairy processing.
• 10 years' experience in SQF or other GFSI formats, CIP/COP and other sanitation equipment, writing and maintaining standard operating procedures, or writing and maintaining Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures.
