The role includes advanced proficiency in multiple EMR platforms and communication tools, and may support training for new staff and student interns.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of experience in patient scheduling or similar field
Associate’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, existing revenue cycle department or customer service role (Preferred)
Experience with Cadence, Optime Aria, Ambra, and medical terminology (Preferred)
