  • Design sourcing strategies, lead negotiations, evaluate service providers, and manage commercial governance across consulting firms, legal partners, HR service providers, talent and training suppliers, audit/tax firms, and other professional services vendors.
  • Develop and implement multi-year Professional Services category strategies tailored for Singapore and the region, aligned with global procurement frameworks and client objectives.
  • Manage strategic professional services suppliers, monitor performance via KPIs and SLAs, optimise fee structures, and identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and innovation.
