Job Summary

  • This position will lead a team to analyze and leverage customer information and behaviors as well as competitive benchmarking to prioritize the most critical actions necessary to improve to the customer research/shopping experience.
  • Develop strategies in creating differentiated multi-channel and website shopping experiences for key customer segments, leveraging a deep understanding of key customer needs, including decisions that improve product page views and conversion rates (both online and in-store) and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a top-performing team, leveraging customer information to identify significant opportunities to improve the customer experience across categories.
