Job Summary

  • The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading innovation, engineering, and design initiatives within the fast-growing cryogenic market as part of Technifab's strategy to grow in Energy Transition space.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with Business Line Managers, Sourcing, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to manage projects effectively while mitigating risks to timely and thorough completion.
  • The position involves overall management, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Engineering Department, including Design & Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, IP, and the Development & Test Laboratory.
