Level 3: $100,300 - $135,700; Level 4: $122,400 - $165,600; Level 5: $149,600 - $202,400

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field
  • 3+ years experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • 3+ years experience with quality Inspection and auditing
  • 3+ years experience with root cause analysis and corrective action
  • 3+ years experience working with Non-conformance processes
  • Ability to work onsite 100% at Hazelwood, MO

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI)
  • 5+ years experience in aerospace fabrication or manufacturing
  • Advanced statistical analysis and data interpretation skills
  • Experience developing new standards for repairs
  • Cross-functional continuous improvement leadership

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Math, Data Science, or Computer Science
