Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring a calm environment and promptly addressing resident needs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Administer treatments per care plan
Record vital signs and intake/output
Assist with bathing and dressing residents
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and manage room setup

Participate in shift meetings for improvement
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Experience with restorative procedures preferred
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
