We’re looking for a data-driven Principal Product Manager to join our HCM Product team, responsible for evaluating data trends within Workday HCM to identify business opportunities and influence the product roadmap.
Key responsibilities include using quantitative and qualitative data to influence strategic direction, analyzing complex datasets across HCM modules, and partnering closely with Data Scientist engineering teams.
The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of technical data proficiency, product management discipline, and deep Human Resources business acumen, with strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM highly preferred.
