Job Summary

• PATH Kenya works to enhance health system capacity and resilience by providing technical expertise with deep local experience, accelerating progress through advocacy and policy, and using human-centered design to maximize impact.
• The Procurement Officer will ensure that the project’s required goods and services are efficiently and effectively procured while continuously identifying, designing, and implementing innovative approaches that maximize value to the project’s supply chain management cycle.
• The role involves managing procurement processes in line with PATH policies, donor regulations, and local laws, including vendor due diligence, procurement reporting, and participation in procurement review committees.

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field with procurement specialization
• Up to date KISM membership
• Minimum 6 years progressive relevant experience
• Knowledge of US Government grant and procurement regulations
• Master’s degree or CIPS qualification preferred
• Fluency in English
• Experience with ERP procurement modules
