Job Summary
Carilion Clinic is expanding its footprint with the new Crystal Spring Tower in summer 2025, which will house the Cardiovascular Institute and an expanded Emergency Department.
Clinical Staff I pharmacists will work in assignments at both Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital (CRMH) and the new Crystal Spring Tower (CST), encompassing clinical, admixture, and operations tasks.
Opportunities exist for committee participation, process improvement, research involvement, and precepting of students and residents.

Key Requirements
Graduate of ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy
Current Virginia pharmacist license or eligibility
ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Advanced critical thinking and analysis skills
Ability to budget time effectively, work efficiently and accurately
Ability to follow procedures with minimum supervision
