Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, processing employment documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty Drills, and organize In Service education programs for staff including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Valid RN or LVN/LPN License
Current CPR certification
1 year direct patient care experience in long term care
