Must-have
4 years direct biomanufacturing experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
cGMP environment operation and documentation
Batch record and SLR review expertise
Deviation initiation and CAPA implementation
Nice-to-have
Prior cell culture leadership experience
Lean Six Sigma and 5S certifications
Trackwise Delta V and LIMS software skills
Agile self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
Teachability and patience for conflict resolution
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred plus 4 years experience
Associate degree preferred plus 4.5 years experience
HS diploma preferred plus 5 years experience
Direct biomanufacturing experience required
