Job Summary

  • As a Customer Service Employee, you are the organizational hub of our service department, ensuring field technicians can work efficiently, customers are helped quickly, and administrative processes run smoothly.
  • Key responsibilities include receiving and checking service orders, coordinating with customers and technicians, planning field service, preparing and managing service offers, and handling administrative tasks like creating and processing service orders and work orders.
  • We are looking for someone with MBO-4 work and thinking level, at least 2 years of experience in a technical service or back office function, affinity with (metal) technology, and strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
