Performs repairs for basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and signage, as well as maintenance duties including litter pick-up and ensuring clean, neat, and sanitized restrooms, offices, buildings, facilities, and the external environment.
Supports a clean and tidy landscaping area, and all outside common areas, while participating in separating waste for proper recycling and trash management.
Utilizes Computerized Maintenance Information System (CMIS) to input accurate information and engages in capital projects as assigned, following all safety standards.
