Job Summary

• Provide subject matter expert sales support to Financial Advisors on employer-sponsored retirement plan design options, regulatory considerations from the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service, and the investment manager screening and reporting process.
• Serve as the primary contact for Financial Advisors on the participant engagement program, including guidance on program adoption and navigation of the Corporate Retirement Portal.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process and technology roadblocks and implement scalable improvements that support growth of the institutional business.

Salary

Base: $70,000 - $115,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses; Benefits: other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs

Key Requirements

• College degree required
• 3+ years industry experience preferred
• Active Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 7 and 66) required
• Experience with employer-sponsored retirement plans
• Experience with Custodians, Recordkeepers, TPAs
