Job Summary

  • Provide subject matter expert sales support to Financial Advisors on employer-sponsored retirement plan design options, regulatory considerations from the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service, and the investment manager screening and reporting process.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Financial Advisors on the participant engagement program, including guidance on program adoption and navigation of the Corporate Retirement Portal.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process and technology roadblocks and implement scalable improvements that support growth of the institutional business.
