Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Information Technology or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience working within large manufacturing or distribution operations
  • 5+ years of experience working with, supporting, and/or implementing an Enterprise level ERP
  • Experience with at least 3 of the 5 core ERP module areas
  • Demonstrated experience with supporting major and minor ERP upgrades and/or implementations
  • Experience developing comprehensive business requirements
  • Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate effectively
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Experience working with and building and training AI agents
  • Basic familiarity with relational databases
  • Understanding of integrations (API’s, middleware platforms)
  • Experience and understanding of Cyber Security best practices
  • Comfortable using SQL, PowerBI and other tools
  • Comfortable working with Project Management tools and Azure DevOps
  • Ability to lead and manage small projects
