Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist, record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
Assist in maintaining department, participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, and assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
Instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
