Job Summary

  • The Experience Manager will lead the ideation, development, and execution of special events, features, and immersive activations ensuring our shows evolve with the industry and consistently deliver exceptional value to attendees, partners, and sponsors.
  • Identify and build relationships with rising voices, niche sub-communities, and superfans, leveraging insights, tone, and trends to inform programming, activation, and audience touchpoints.
  • Own and manage budgets for education, events, activations, catering, lounges, staging, décor, speakers, AV, and production in collaboration with the Finance Manager and Event Director.
