Job Summary

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Payments Express, from strategic planning and innovative solution development to market launch and continuous optimization.
• Drive the delivery and continuous enhancement of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Dashboard, providing real-time latency metrics and comprehensive processing backlog insights.
• Partner with Citi clients to validate and co-create innovative solutions, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
