As a Dispute Resolution Officer role, you will participate in dispute resolution at the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) workers insurance stream to pro-actively assist in the management and, where possible early resolution of disputes, ensuring positive outcomes are maximised.
Attend the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) as EML’s representative for in person and MS Teams litigation events for statutory and work injury damages matters.

Comprehensive knowledge of Personal Injury Commission Rules 2021
Strong understanding of NSW workers compensation case law
