Selling into large Korean enterprises
Full-cycle sales
Platform or mission-critical solutions
Fluent Korean and solid business-level English

Familiarity with HCM, HR tech, ERP, or finance
Experience leading sales cycles with AI strategy

Key Requirements
7+ years enterprise sales experience
Experience selling into large Korean enterprises
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Strong hunting skills
Experience selling platform or mission-critical solutions
Proven ability to access and influence CIO / oCIO stakeholders
