Job Summary

• As a Home Health Aide (CNA) you will assist with rising patient care needs and provide excellent personal care to patients to maximize satisfaction according to Aide Plan of Care.
• Maintains safe environment in patient’s home, manages visiting caseload productivity within the appropriate expected time frame, and documents care provided to meet regulatory requirements in Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

• Valid Maryland Board of Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
