Job Summary
As a Senior Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Alight’s cloud environments.
Lead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for issues related to performance, availability, security, and functionality of Azure workloads.
Partner with DevOps, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to support, optimize, and scale Azure-based IaaS and PaaS platforms that power business-critical applications.
