  • As a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will act as a strategic talent partner to Sales and Marketing leaders, translating commercial priorities into effective, scalable talent acquisition strategies.

Key Requirements

  • At least 6 years demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Leader roles
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or commercial functions
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, global environment
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Experience driving change, improving recruiting processes, and overseeing RPO providers
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Exposure to Medical Devices or Life Sciences required
