The UH Building Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintenance coordination, and occupancy management of Unaccompanied Housing (UH) facilities in accordance with Navy housing standards and community expectations.
Responsibilities include managing building operations, monitoring facility conditions, coordinating service requests, and ensuring safe, clean, and habitable living environments for assigned personnel.
This role includes conducting routine inspections, documenting deficiencies, coordinating corrective actions with maintenance and facilities teams, and tracking work orders to completion.
