Job Summary

  • The Regional Program Manager (RPM) will play a critical role in supporting the development and expansion of heart recovery programs within designated regions.
  • This role will have responsibility for education in the broader hospital community including disease state awareness in heart failure clinics, emergency medicine departments and cardiovascular practices.

Key Requirements

  • BA/BS required
  • 3+ years of sales experience within Abiomed OR >5 years of related industry experience
  • Prior experience supporting or managing cardiac or vascular programs
  • Proven success in implementing protocols, workflows, or account plans
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and hospital stakeholders
  • Mastery of cardiac anatomy and clinical data
  • Proficient in computer skills, with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
