Job Summary
The Regional Program Manager (RPM) will play a critical role in supporting the development and expansion of heart recovery programs within designated regions.
This role will have responsibility for education in the broader hospital community including disease state awareness in heart failure clinics, emergency medicine departments and cardiovascular practices.

Base: $114,000.00 - $182,850.00; Bonus/Equity: Highly competitive sales incentive compensation program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plan, paid time off

Key Requirements
BA/BS required
3+ years of sales experience within Abiomed OR >5 years of related industry experience
Prior experience supporting or managing cardiac or vascular programs
Proven success in implementing protocols, workflows, or account plans
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and hospital stakeholders
Mastery of cardiac anatomy and clinical data
Proficient in computer skills, with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
