Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years tax data consulting or automation experience
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Power Automate, or Power BI
  • Advanced Excel skills with basic SQL or Python
  • Hands-on partnership tax return preparation experience

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Copilot Studio or AI tool integrations
  • Familiarity with UIPath or other RPA platforms
  • Interest in digital transformation and continuous improvement
  • Exposure to tax compliance systems or financial systems
