Job Summary
Monitor, troubleshoot, and assist in all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance of various facility systems including pneumatic tube, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and building management systems.
Coordinate with facilities and engineering teams, assist with CMMS data entry, report generation, and vendor monitoring to ensure efficiencies and compliance.
Assist Facility Manager/PM with capital projects, repairs, communication, and vendor accountability, while initiating and reconciling requisitions and purchase orders.

Key Requirements
Highschool Diploma, 2-year degree preferred
3-5 years applicable experience
