Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
1 year PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
3 years experience in area of specialization
Registered Pharmacist (RPh) - State Licensing Board
Board Certified in specialty or pharmacotherapy within 24 months
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
