Job Summary

  • Assist Production Supervisors in managing daily operations, including headcount planning and ensuring the production schedule is met.
  • Track and report key metrics at the Zone Control Center (ZCC), focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Moral.
  • Identify 'Muda' (waste) and lead small-scale Kaizen events to improve efficiency, reduce walking distances, or simplify manual tasks.
