The Field Service Engineer is responsible for delivering world-class on-site support to Agilent customers by performing installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of LC/MS and related systems.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and application performance issues on LC/MSD instruments, and providing application support to customers.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and acting as a technical resource for the field team.
